Regular activities

The charity organises a number of regular activities for the local community, in partnership with other local organisations where appropriate.

Westway Waistline (aerobics class with weigh in) provides an opportunity for women to get fit whilst having fun during term time. 

Our Activities afternoon is a great way to have fun and to spend time with other people in the community. We enjoy a cup of tea and activities like games, jigsaws and craft.
