Worship

Worship is a vital part of our Christian discipleship, and the Bible is full of people who worshipped God throughout their lives. 

Every first Friday of the month, we host our Praise and Worship night at 7.30pm. We would love you to join us. It is a beautiful time together in God's presence. Read more about it on this PDF blog post and listen to our October playlist on YouTube in honour of Black History Month.

To reflect on who God is, is a glorious act of worship and we have a beautiful colouring sheet you can download from our Google Drive as you reflect on Jesus being the Light of the World.

It's amazing when we fix our eyes on our mighty God and on our Saviour Jesus and remind ourselves that God is bigger than any situation we may be facing, and is the one who walks with us in everything.  We have been encouraging one another by thinking of the names and characteristics of God through the alphabet - you can download our PDF of these names and use them for worship.

We have been very much blessed by the UK Blessing where 65 churches and movements, representing hundreds of others have come together online to sing a blessing over our land.   

Fight my battles: this playlist is based on I Chronicles 20. Jehoshapat is facing a vast army of enemies, but he talks to God and worships. When he goes out to face the army, they have all died. Worship is our weapon against the enemy. Listen here.

Faithful God: David was confident to fight Goliath because David looked back and saw how God had been faithful when David faced smaller problems - see 1 Samuel 17. God is faithful from the beginning to the end of time. Listen here.

Christ our Cornerstone:  Hebrews 12 encourages us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the "author and perfecter of our faith". Jesus is our Saviour but He's also our hope, our light, our strength, and our All in All. Listen here.
