Safeguarding

Latymer Community Church takes the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults very seriously. Our safeguarding policy is available on request. We follow 'safer recruitment' processes and guidelines and all our trustees, leaders, staff and volunteers who work with children and/or young people have been on Safeguarding training and have undergone a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check as appropriate.

If you have any concerns relating to the safeguarding of anyone who attends Latymer Community Church or attends an event that the church is organising, you can contact our Safeguarding Co-ordinator here or our Deputy here.

If you are concerned about a child, young person, or vulnerable adult who is not connected with Latymer you can call Kensington and Chelsea Social Services on 020 7361 3013 (9am to 5pm on week days) or 020 7373 2227 out of hours. If anyone is in immediate danger, call the police on 999.
